It's Friday!  Woohoo!  I hope you're excited about the weekend.  I sure am.   My week has been crazy busy and I'm in desperate need of a foot massage.  Today for the Friday Freebie, I thought I'd open up the old vault and connect with you with all of the freebies I've posted in the past... which totals up to 42 right now.

As you've probably noticed, I've got a new blog design!  I've also gone through my shop tab (at the top) and spent some time organizing things a bit more.   You can check out my freebies via the "Shop" tab at the top, or just check them out by clicking the buttons below.  I hope you find some stuff that you don't already have!
Alright.  Now on to bigger and more exciting matters.

The giveaway.

I cannot believe there were over 1400 entries!  Thank you ALL so much for participating!

Drum roll please.....

Winner #1 (Mega Alphabet Bundle A-M) is entry #1017 Nicole Heinlein!
Winner #2 (Mega Alphabet Bundle N-Z) is entry #1183 Faith Wheeler!
Congratulations girls!  I will be sending each of you an email in just a bit.  I hope you love the sets!  :)

Click the preview below to check out the bundle yourself!  If you're a clipart addict, then this might calm your nerves for a while.  Haha!
Have a WONDERFUL weekend everyone!

I've been getting a lot of requests to make more cute fonts like the numbers I have in my shop.  I just don't have time and it's honestly SUPER easy to do yourself.  :)  Here's a little video to show you how to jazz up that boring "Word Art" feature with digital background papers.

Enjoy!
Click the little icon that looks like a circle with triangles around it.  It will show the video on your whole screen so you can see better!
If you don't have any digital papers to try out with this, then visit my TPT shop to grab some free ones or purchase a set.  :)  Happy Tuesday everyone!

First things first, have you entered the giveaway yet!?  I'm giving away my new MEGA Alphabet Bundle.  Be sure to enter before the end of the month!  There will be two winners.
Happy Friday everyone!  Today, I thought I'd help get you prepped (a little) for St. Patrick's day.  One of my favorite activities to do with my kiddos is this Roll & Graph activity.  It's awesome for vocabulary, graphing, and partner/group fun.  :)  Click the photo to download for FREE on TPT.

Don't have a TPT account?  It's free to join... no strings attached... just a new addiction.  Haha.

I posted a freebie last Friday too, but was too busy with the big bundle to write a post about it.  If you follow me on Facebook, then you probably already saw it.

It's a pretty set of yellow papers!  My favorite color.  :)

I've also posted a few new sets in the past day...
I can't believe it's almost March.  I'm SOOO ready for Spring.  This winter has just been cold, gross, and gray.  Skiing is the only thing I like about winter.  Here's a shot from a recent ski trip.  No, this photo is not fake.... it's just ridiculously pretty.
This was at Les Houches (pronounced "Lezooosh"... not how you think  Hahaha), which is a ski area in the Alps  that straddles France and Switzerland.  I can now check "skiing from one country to another" off my bucket list.  Ummm.... can we say beautiful?  I'm going to go into a depression next winter when we can't go whenever the heck we want.

This photo below is of me and my lovely helmet.  Trust me, my melon isn't that ginormous.  Helmets are sort of necessary over here, even for the really good skiers... and definitely for me.    It goes against every fashion bone in my body.  All two of them.
I hope you enjoy the freebies!  Have a great Friday!

I. am. so. excited.

For the past 6 weeks, I've slowly been working on this ginormous set.  It's taken a lot of work and at one point (uploading stage) it nearly drove me over the edge.   That's pretty much why I haven't written a blog post in the past week (although I did post a few things in the Facebook page).  So without anymore rambling, I'd like to introduce the newest member/s of the graphics family... the MEGA Alphabet Bundle.
I can assure you that the term "MEGA" is used appropriately here.  The file was so darn big that I had to split it into two downloads on TPT.  Here's a peek at each of the sets...
Sooooo.... what do ya think?  I've already been using a lot of them throughout the year for my own class, so I hope you can do the same!  :)  You can find the links to my TPT shop below.
So, as a little celebration for finally finishing this set, I'm hosting a little giveaway.  It's easy.  There are two packs, so we'll do two separate contests.  Feel free to enter both!

<<< Giveaway #2

Good luck!  I'm leaving it up for a week so you'll have plenty of time to enter.  :)

I hope everyone has a wonderful week.  Thank you ALL so much for being patient with me while I've been MIA to finish this project.

P.S.   Like the new blog design?  I'll be posting about that soon.  :)

For today's Friday Freebie, I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all of my wonderful Facebook fans.  It's been fun getting to interact with a lot of you via messages, posts, and little giveaways.  So... thanks.  :)

Even if you're not on Facebook, I STILL appreciate you so much, so don't think I'm picking favorites.  Haha!

You'll have to visit the Facebook page to find the freebie for today!  If you're not already a fan, then be sure to click "like" when you get there.   I do weekly giveaways, post updates, and it's a really easy way to connect with all of you!

I'm linking up with Blog Hoppin' to show you the great deals I scored during the sale!

Remember I teach three different levels of EFL, so I have a completely random mix of stuff I had on my list.  Let me tell ya.  If I still taught kindergarten, the hubby would not be happy with me.  I've got about 800 things on my wishlist that I had to talk myself out of buying.  :(
Here are the goods I was able to get during the sale.  A crazy random mix, but I have a class of beginners, one intermediate, and an advanced (high school age) class.  I'm so excited to start printing these off and using them!  :)  Sorry for the tiny photos.  I copied the URL's from TPT and they come out fuzzy.  You can click the links to check them out yourself!

Today's post is more of an app review.   Lately, I've been dying to have my own handwriting as a font.  I've seen a few of my blog friends using their own and it seems so cool (aka. I'm jealous)   So, I splurged and bought the iFontMaker app on my iPad.  I believe I spent $6.99, but it was well worth it.  Here's why...

1.  It's SUPER easy to use.
2.  It's fast.
3.  It's ridiculously easy to send fonts to your computer.
4.  I now have my handwriting as a font
5.  I can whip up a font whenever I want now!  Woohoo!
Picture
The App button looks like this.

Here's what I was able to do in about an hour (after the first one took about 15 minutes).  Disregard the incredibly original font names.  I wanted them to be grouped together when I uploaded them, so I named them all "Ashley ..."

They are so beautiful huh?  Bahahaha.  I am SOOOOOO  terrible at it.  My favorite is "Ashley Skinny."  It's my handwriting... and feeds my dream of one day shedding twenty pounds.

Now that I see "Ashley Fancy" on here, I hate it.  Gross.  What a hot mess.

I've decided that I should stick to clipart and not delve into the world of fonts.  There are PLENTY of talented ladies out there to feed my addiction.  Here are my favorites:

Jessica Stanford
Sandra Matadamas
Rowdy in Room 300
A Cupcake for the Teacher
Jen Jones
Kimberly Geswein

Kevin & Amanda

If you're interested in checking out the app, then there's a great tutorial video below (from 2ttf).
Make sure you're ready to party before you watch.  The music will send you into "glowstick mode".

Tutorial Video:

Pretty cool right?  It's seriously easy to use and fun to play with.  I know they have other versions (for PC), but I haven't really spent time investigating those.  You'll find info if you just check out their website.

Have a great Tuesday!

For today's freebie, I thought I'd give you a little something geared towards football.  You know about that little game that's coming up in about a week, right?  Well, here are some fun frames you can use to make a cute sign for your favorite team... or in your fun classroom projects.

Just click the photo below and you can download them for FREE on TPT.  If you grab them, then I would love your feedback.  :)

If you feel the need for more football clipart, then I have a fun "Football Kids" set that matches the frames above.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Today is an awesome post.  I like it anyway.  For those of you addicted to Pinterest, then you'll love this new trick if you don't already know about it.

I LOVE how easy Pinterest is to use, so who knew they'd come up with ways to make it even easier?

You know the drill:
1.  Visit a website
2.  Click your "Pin It" button on your toolbar
3.  Scroll down and hunt for that mini picture
4.  Click Pin
5.  Choose the board & edit the description
6.  ... and Pin
Picture
Pin Me
Today, my goal is to help you eliminate steps 2 and 3... if you still do it the way I described.  A lot of sites are now installing little Pinterest hover buttons  OR the little "Pin It" buttons next to photos, which is awesome.  (I've got it on my 'to do' list and that's how I came across this little gem during my search.)  However, until all of your favorites do that, then you might want to try this trick, called a QuickPin extension.

Basically, it allows you to right click a picture and select "Pin" from the menu versus the old way.  It's awesome and has made it so much easier for me to pin.

Photo of Chrome Extension

For Chrome:

1.  Visit this extension link (called QuickPin)
2.  Click "Add to Chrome"
3.  Done.  You're ready to start right-clicking and pinning!

For Firefox:

1.  Visit this extension link
2.  Click "Download Now"
3.  Done.

For Int. Exlporer:

Boo.  :(  I spent about 20 minutes trying to find a way to do it on Internet Explorer, but no luck.  If you know how, then please let me know in the comment section.  I'd LOVE to add it!
I hope that helps to make your pinning a lot easier in the future!  Have a great week.

***While finishing this post and doing more research, I came across Kevin and Amanda's post.  Dang it!  If you want to know hot to do the hover button thing (or the same thing I just explained), then their post is fabulous! ***
