I've been using the iPad (and Samsung Tablets) a lot with my students lately.  There are just so many awesome ways to integrate them.  I've also taken on a bit of a technology-role at my school.  Last year, we acquired a classroom set of tablets and I'm working with my colleagues and admin. to develop some PD for our teachers.  Using tablets in class can be overwhelming in the beginning, so my goal is to help them find some meaningful and EASY ways to use them.    

With that being said, I recently came across this great resource for apps.  It's from EdTechTeacher, and basically it's a ginormous list of apps, mini reviews, and ideas for using them.  It's pretty awesome.  If you're just starting out with using tablets in your classroom, then this is a good place to start!  Here's a preview of what their page looks like:
