I. am. so. excited.

For the past 6 weeks, I've slowly been working on this ginormous set.  It's taken a lot of work and at one point (uploading stage) it nearly drove me over the edge.   That's pretty much why I haven't written a blog post in the past week (although I did post a few things in the Facebook page).  So without anymore rambling, I'd like to introduce the newest member/s of the graphics family... the MEGA Alphabet Bundle.
I can assure you that the term "MEGA" is used appropriately here.  The file was so darn big that I had to split it into two downloads on TPT.  Here's a peek at each of the sets...
Sooooo.... what do ya think?  I've already been using a lot of them throughout the year for my own class, so I hope you can do the same!  :)  You can find the links to my TPT shop below.
So, as a little celebration for finally finishing this set, I'm hosting a little giveaway.  It's easy.  There are two packs, so we'll do two separate contests.  Feel free to enter both!

<<< Giveaway #2

Enter for a chance to win sets N-Z!
Good luck!  I'm leaving it up for a week so you'll have plenty of time to enter.  :)

I hope everyone has a wonderful week.  Thank you ALL so much for being patient with me while I've been MIA to finish this project.

P.S.   Like the new blog design?  I'll be posting about that soon.  :)

Happy Friday everyone!  I hope you've had a great week and are finally back into the swing of things.  Although our Christmas trip home was amazing, it's nice to be back in a routine and not living out of a suitcase anymore.  :)

Today for the Friday Freebie, I wanted to share some fun little pencils I made.  Hopefully you can find something fun to use them for.  Like I mentioned in a previous post, I'm terrible at creative names.... I went pretty literal with this set:  "Fat Mini Pencils."  Hahaha.

I hope you love them to pieces.  If you download, then I'd love to hear your feedback!  :)

Download for FREE on TPT!

I've posted a few other sets recently that I haven't blogged about yet.  In case you're on the prowl for some upcoming holiday clip art, then check these out...  (click to see on TPT).
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Oh my goodness.  It's almost been a whole month since I've blogged!!!  Geez!!!  Let me tell you where my time went...

  1. Finishing my first semester of grad school (9 hours = torture during the last week)
  2. We went home for 2 and a half weeks for Christmas.  It was WONDERFUL!!!  We got to spend lots of time with family and friends... and I may or may not have gained 10 pounds.
  3. Finishing a lot of clip art orders... still working on about 5 sets right now.  :)
  4. Snuggling with our fur children.  We missed them terribly while we were gone.  Thankfully they're obsessed with the kennel over here.  They have their own suite with an indoor and outdoor area, lots of room to play, and even a roommate (sometimes).

I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year, etc.  I hope you haven't been on here in the past week or so.  Something has been going wacko with my site.  I logged on today and it looked like some ugly corporation site.  :(  I think I have it figured out now.  HTML is a foreign language to me, so I really have to focus to figure out the problem.

I wanted to share two things with you today (besides letting you know I'm still around).

1.  I met THE Katie King.  Yes, the one from Queen of the First Grade Jungle.  She's a KY girl, I'm a KY girl, and we've become great blog buddies over the past 6 months.  We met up to hang at the Cheesecake Factory and shop afterwards.  She brought along her little diva... who I'm in LOVE with.  We'll call her Mini Queen.  Mini Queen and I quickly became BFF's.  We shared bread, butter (which she loves), and cheesecake together.  She is a hoot!

Katie and I chatted for about 2 hours over dinner... maybe longer... I lost track of time.  It was so fun getting to meet her in person and she is just as sweet as you would imagine.  It felt like we were old friends.  After dinner, we tried hitting the mall up, but it was New Year's day.  No luck.  Target was our only option, so we headed there to do some damage... and watch Mini Queen wear a pink glitter bucket on her head the entire time.  We had such a great time and I can't wait until we can meet again!

PS. My hair is red now. Not as red as it looks in this photo... more of an auburn color. I needed a change. :)

I 'borrowed' this photo from Katie's blog to show you Mini Queen. She's hilarious and apparently a fan of the Biebs.
Today, I also have a freebie for ya... digital papers.  Some of you may have already seen the ones I've posted so far.  I thought I'd make this set a freebie.  I almost called it "70's Rainbow", but I like chocolate more.  Haha.  I'm terrible at coming up with creative names.

Just click the image below to download for FREE on TPT!  If you download, then I'd LOVE your feedback.  I've made my own papers for a while to use in products and on here, but thought I'd see how they'd do if I made them available.  I hope you love them.  :)
Here are some other versions I've posted in the past week.  Each set is $2.  Click the images below to check them out or purchase.
I always post my new sets to the Facebook page, but in case you don't follow that, here are the sets I've posted since I've last blogged.

These sets are sold separately too!
I've finally come to the conclusion that I'll probably be doing mostly clip art (with a few other projects) between now and August.  I teach 3 different levels of EFL and my classroom materials are so focused (and in British English) that it's not worth spending the extra time to put it on here or TPT.  I'll always try to share things that I think a lot of people could use though.  :)  We'll be moving back to the US this summer and I'll hopefully (fingers crossed) be in a K-5 classroom where I can do (and make) more fun and "share-able" stuff.  Until then, looks like I'll be sticking with mostly clip art... for you to make your fun things with.  It hasn't gotten old yet!  I still LOVE doing it.

Have a wonderful weekend!

I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving!  We were blessed to be able to have an amazing turkey dinner with all the traditional sides.  It was amazing and tasted just like home!  I always forget what a coma I go into after eating all of it.

I know some of you are out partaking in the madness of Black Friday.  I've done it a few times and honestly can't handle it.  It drives me nuts.  Some people are just out of control.  There's no need for you to push, yell, and fight for a $5 sweater or parking space.  I would say that the majority of people I've experienced during Black Friday are sane and have the same intentions as us (go out for fun, see if we can get some deals, not go crazy or cry if we don't), but those 5% of crazies can ruin it for the rest.. or just look like idiots.  Hopefully you haven't run into any of those today.  :)

Today, with the Christmas season upon us (today it's officially ok to have your tree up), I have some Christmas frames for you.  I've included 6 frames with little bows in the corner.  They match a lot of my other "stitched" Christmas items I've posted recently.  I hope you have fun with them!  :)  If you download, I'd LOVE to hear feedback or see how you can use them.

Alright, to all my American followers, get yourself a little power nap and get back out there to shop... or keep napping through your turkey-induced coma.  Happy Friday everyone!

So, I usually put out freebies each month.  Recently it's been mostly clipart.  If you saw my post yesterday, then you know I'm trying to get myself into a routine each week with blog posting.  I keep forgetting why I started this blog/site in the first place and need to get my butt in gear.  Now, I want to introduce you to the Friday Freebie.  Each Friday, I will be posting a freebie (or two) of my own.  Sometimes I'll even post freebies from others. Who knows.  The point is that it's something FREE for you to get your hands on.  We all love free right?

For today's Friday Freebie, I have two for ya.  Those of you who follow the facebook page, might have already seen the stars below.  Today, I've added "Stitched Pockets" to the collection.  Both of these sets are super simple, but versatile.  You can use them for anything and they'll add a pop of color to your classroom creations.  You can even make real pockets with the clipart pockets... and put the stars inside.  Haha, I'm slowly losing my mind.

Hope you like them!

I have been designing my own graphics on and off now for a couple of years.  I've only used them in my personal stuff and never even thought about sharing/selling them until recently.  I kept getting emails from people asking where I found them.  I sat on it and thought about it for a while... "Gee, do I really even want to get into this?"  I'm very particular and like a certain look... if you can't tell.  I love all of the cutesy things, but I go for more of a 'clean and simple' type graphic.  I blame it on my self-diagnosed-OCD  There are only a handful of clipart shops that I like to buy from.  That should demonstrate my picky-clipart-personality.  So, with the encouragement of a couple of great blogger friends, I have decided to venture out into the wild wilderness of clipart land.

I've really only done school related items and have no desire to start creating unicorns, ballet dancers, and pirates.  There are already a lot of great designers out there who do that.  Plus mine wouldn't hold a candle to their creations.  :)  I've decided I'm sticking to school stuff.  Does that makes sense?  I mean, the blog name says it all right?  School supply addict?  So, it will be anything related to classroom materials or content.  I will gladly take requests if you've been looking for a particular set.  I'm already working on the 3 branches of government.  Every single set (but not all freebies) will include blacklines of each image.  This is perfect for printables.  I know I can't stand when I have to settle for a grayscale image.  Boo.

The first round of graphics that I've been able to put together are, in fact, school supplies.  I posted 5 sets today and have at least another 5 that are close to being ready.  Here are some thumbnails below.  You can check out the new 'Graphic Collections' page to see larger versions, review the terms of use, and navigate to these on TPT.
These graphics are for both personal and commercial use, but there are some standard restrictions and requirements in my terms of use.  Be sure to check it out first before buying or downloading.  Currently, I'm only offering my graphics through TPT.  Are you a member?  Yes?  Awesome.  No?  Why not?!  It's free, you don't have to sell anything, and you can download lots of cool things... for free too!  You like free don't you?  Click here to sign up.

Here's a fun freebie for being such great followers and fans!  It's just a 4 color sample of some of the different graphics.   :)  Enjoy!  This set reminds me of Deanna's new room... holy smokes.  Did you see it yet?  Ahhhhh-mazing.  It's like a Lakeshore magazine.  Beautiful.

You like how I connected that L and H in the logo?  I thought so.  Hahaha.  I was overly excited when I realized they lined up like that.  I'm a huge nerd.

If you haven't already heard, there is a huge back to school sale on TPT soon.  I've already got my wishlist started so I can just click 'purchase' when the time comes.  There are a ton of awesome teachers participating and giving anywhere between 10 to 20% off their entire store.  I'm doing 20% off of everything!  You can also get an extra discount if you use the code (see below).
Recognize some of those graphics?  Hahaha...  If you're participating in the sale, feel free to use my image above to help promote it!  :)

I hope everyone has a blessed and relaxing weekend!
